As a Member of The Biracy™ Project we encourage you to participate in the Biracy™ Producer Challenge.

The Challenge is our way of rewarding you for your participation in the development and production of The Biracy Project™. Whether you participate in voting for your favourite alternative, answering our polling question or submitting your input for member challenges you will be rewarded with Krill (game points) for your participation.

The number of Krill you accumulate will be the basis of:

• Determining the winner of the Biracy Challenge (the member accumulating the most Krill); and Allocating the contingent participation in the movie proceeds (75% of the net proceeds) between members.

The Grand Prize winner of the Biracy Challenge will receive:

• Identification as an Associate Producer of the First Biracy™ Production (including on-screen credit);

• Paid an Associate Producer Fee – 1% of The Biracy Project™ production budget

How much will the fee be? Let’s do an example calculation:

• If the maximum membership is reached – 1,000,000 members

• If every member buys the minimum membership – $25

• That is $25,000,000 of membership fees

• 60% of the membership fees go towards productions

• That is $15,000,000 for The Biracy Project™ production budget

• 1% of the production budget = Associate Producer Fee for The First Biracy™ Production

• That is $150,000* to the winner of the Biracy Producer Challenge

Participate! Regardless of whether or not you win The Biracy Challenge, the more you participate, the more you will be rewarded.
